If you’re looking for a specific time or want to see current openings, feel free to get in touch or request an appointment through the contact form. I’ll do my best to find a time that works for you.

  • Our cancellation policy requires 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Without such notice, the full session fee may be charged for missed or cancelled appointments that were held for you.

  • The number of sessions really depends on your unique needs, goals, and circumstances. We’ve seen clients make significant progress in as few as 5 to 8 sessions. I’ve also worked with clients who benefit from a longer-term approach, especially when exploring more complex or deeply rooted issues, such as those related to early life experiences, trauma, or long-standing patterns.

We’ll take the time to regularly check in on your goals and adjust the length and focus of therapy based on what feels most helpful to you.

  • Therapy sessions are offered virtually through a secure, encrypted video platform. This allows you to connect from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Whether you are at home or in another quiet location, you will be able to speak openly about your concerns just as you would in person.

Virtual therapy is a convenient and flexible option. Research shows it is just as effective as in-person care for many concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. Many clients appreciate the ease of access and the ability to integrate therapy into their weekly routine without the need to travel.

All sessions are conducted using platforms that meet strict confidentiality and privacy standards. To participate, you will need a reliable internet connection, a private space, and a device with a camera and microphone, such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

  • I’ve been working in the mental health field for over five years, supporting both adults and youth through a wide range of challenges. My experience spans several therapy private practices across Ontario, as well as community mental health settings, non-profit organizations, and educational environments. I provide individual psychotherapy and have experience facilitating group-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This diverse background allows me to approach each client with flexibility, compassion, and a strong understanding of the many contexts that shape mental health.
